Clinton, Mo. – (March 5, 2019) –Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is proud to support the Lakeland R-III Schools Lady Vikings on their way to the Class 1 State Semifinals by providing two charter buses for the team and its fans to travel to the game.
The Lakeland Lady Vikings will take on the Walnut Grove Lady Tigers at the Hammons Student Center in Springfield on March 8 at 6:20 p.m. If you are interested in riding with other fans on the chartered bus sponsored by GVMH to support the girls basketball team, you may sign-up at the Lakeland High School office. First priority will be given to members of the boys basketball team, followed by students and then other fans. Seats will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
“Both the boys basketball team and the girls basketball team have had impressive seasons this year,” said Craig Thompson, CEO of GVMH. “All the athletes have shown a lot of drive, determination and commitment, and we are delighted to support the Lakeland Lady Vikings as they compete in the state tournament.”
