Clinton, Mo. – (Nov. 1, 2019) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) has entered into an agreement to acquire the Saint Luke’s Primary Care – Clinton medical office building and related assets. The acquisition is expected to be complete by January 1, 2020.
The acquisition provides GVMH the ability to provide complete continuity of care, strengthen and enhance its services and capabilities, and augments access to primary care for patients.

Until the transaction is complete, the primary care clinic will continue to operate as part of Saint Luke’s Physician Group.
