Clinton, Mo. – (Jan. 10, 2020) – Due to potential winter weather this weekend, the kick-off event for the Commit to Fit program has been rescheduled for Saturday, January 18 from 9-11 a.m. at the Benson Center. Commit to Fit is a community-wide initiative to engage individuals in simple behaviors to improve health and wellness in the short and long-term.
All participants must register and weigh-in at the kick-off event to be included in the Commit to Fit program which is sponsored by Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare, Henry County Health Center, University of Missouri Extension and the City of Clinton Parks and Recreation.
