Clinton, Mo. – (March 3, 2020) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce the promotion of two staff members to positions within its quality department, which strives to improve patient experience and customer satisfaction.
Christine Faulconer, MSN-RN, has been promoted to the transitional care and clinic quality manager position and will ensure the proper clinical processes are followed in all provider clinics. Faulconer will also maintain regulatory compliance, enforce proper infection control practices and participate in the quality improvement, risk assessment and clinical outcome initiatives for our four multi-specialty clinics.
Marina Seaton, RN, recently accepted the infection control officer position. In this role, she will work to grow the infection control program at GVMH and manage the prevention, investigation, monitoring and reporting of disease infection at all facilities. Seaton will collaborate with staff members to provide information about infection control practices and identify new opportunities to improve services.
