Clinton, Mo. – (July 12, 2020) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) will be offering curbside COVID-19 testing for established patients that have symptoms at its east campus location, the former Saint Luke’s Clinic at 603 E. Gaines Drive, on Monday, July 13 from 1-4 p.m.
An established patient is anyone that has received services at GVMH and is registered in its database.
Symptoms of COVID-19 include, fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue, body aches, headache, new loss of taste or small, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.
“If you have COVID-19 symptoms, but are unable to make it to our curbside testing, please quarantine yourself and contact your primary care provider for direction. If you do not have a provider, call 660.890.7300 to schedule an appointment,” said Kyle Adkins, Chief Operating Officer at GVMH.
“If you do not have any symptoms, but think you may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, we strongly encourage you to self-quarantine for 14 days. Please remember, you must stay in quarantine for the entire 14 days, even if you test negative for COVID-19, as you can develop symptoms for two to 14 days. Our team is here to help keep you safe and prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.”
