Clinton, Mo. – (Aug. 26, 2020) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce the promotions of four staff members to support customer satisfaction, patient experience and growth of the organization.
Tina Jones has accepted the role of Director of Risk Management and Patient Experience. In this newly created position, Jones will coordinate, develop and initiate strategies related to patient experience and risk mitigation.
Christine Faulconer has been promoted to Director of Quality. In her role, Faulconer will direct and implement comprehensive quality programs for GVMH and oversee patient safety, quality improvement and risk management.
"We are constantly looking for new ways to improve customer engagement and satisfaction,” said Craig Thompson, Chief Executive Officer at GVMH. “Patient experience is a top-priority for our entire organization and I feel confident that Tina and Christine will do an excellent job driving these efforts across GVMH to ensure our patients are receiving the highest level of quality care and achieving strong clinical outcomes.”
Recently, GVMH combined its Home Health and Hospice Services to become Home Services. To lead the efforts for this group, Tony Curtis has been promoted to Director of Home Services and Brandi McKinney has been promoted to Manager of Home Services.
“The name change to Home Services positions GVMH for future growth,” said Thompson. “Establishing Tony and Brandi in these roles will be beneficial to our patients and their families as both of them have a great deal of expertise in hospice, as well as a lot of knowledge about providing care in the home setting and understanding of the regulations.”
